The Lady Isabel Foundation:
A Legacy of Duty and Purpose
The Lady Isabel Foundation, an organization at the center of His Lordship, Augustus Juan Nathanial Martin, Marquess of Caelthorne's philanthropic work, is dedicated to addressing a number of social development challenges, creating awareness and purposefully ensure impactful and sustainable outcomes.
His Lordship founded The Lady Isabel Foundation after the death of his beloved Mother, Lady Isabel. She was a humble woman, and never subdued anyone to her aristocratic heritage. She believed that real wealth means love, kindness and communities supporting each other, bringing families together that has lost their way and was very passionate about early childhood development, the fight against domestic violence and mental health and wellness.
It's in Her Ladyship's memory, that Lord Caelthorne made it his duty after her passing, to spread and share her most valuable treasures: love, kindness, compassion, empathy, sympathy and her fight for equality and fairness. The Lady Isabel Foundation was established by His Lordship with a deeply held personal commitment to social justice and a desire to create sustainable, impactful change in the lives of the previously deprived and disadvantaged groups and communities. One life, at a time.
The three key pillars that The Foundation focus on are: domestic violence; mental health and wellness; early childhood development and orphaned children. The Foundation operated with the same level of commitment to its cause as a social body within the community previously. The Lady Isabel Foundation has officially been registered as a Not-For-Profit Company and Organization early in 2025, in a bid to ensure compliance is met to be able to further His Lordship's aspirations in terms of his duty and approach corporate partners, to support the causes and programs The Foundation offers.
The logo of The Foundation
A bold, yet soft image of three cosmos flowers in soft shades of pink, white, and just a hint of purple—holds deep meaning. Each flower is a stand-in for a key part of the foundation's mission: to encourage resilience, to inspire hope, and to facilitate transformation. The foundations' light pink with its healing and compassionate qualities speaks directly to the mothers and children in distress.
The white cosmos flower serves as a statement of the foundation's commitment to helping those families achieve new beginnings. And the purple? That's because purple is the color of wisdom and strength, which the foundation works to help all of its beneficiaries adopt and be able to live independently, sustainable and successful lives.
Most importantly, the cosmos flower, was the late Lady Isabel's favorite flower.
His Lordship is actively involved in every part of The Foundation's work, making sure that all of its expected outcomes have the positive influence that he envisions.
This is not just another foundation, it's a beacon of hope for those who have lost their own along the way.
