"From sorrow, sadness, shattered pieces and grief... one can still blossom and bloom"

Lord Caelthorne has unveiled his latest art, titled "Grief in Bloom" as an impressive multi-media "artwork" incorporating photography, videography and of course the abstract painting itself.

Caelthorne's aim, is to draw focus and center the beholders emotions to bold and bright colors. A plethora of metaphors and symbolism and the story that it tells - Grief in Bloom is said to be an enigma, considering the attention and online presence of the artwork.

"The entire artwork is... everything! The art, the photography that surrounds the art, the videography for my Youtube channel, which I use for behind the scenes and my artist statement in person, the online marketing etc. all points to the main cause: Art For A Purpose. Proceeds of my art, is reserved for The Lady Isabel Foundation, to support their endeavors and outreach objectives. I'd like each artwork to be a combination of multi-media art in all possible forms. It's not just a painting, or a drawing. It's a statement to create awareness and challenge the status quo in many cases, with regards to the topics I choose. Most of which are tied to the core Four Pillars of The Lady Isabel Foundation - in memory and legacy of my beloved mother - Isabel"

Personal Experiences Leads to Impactful Creations

Augustus is known for openly sharing his own struggle with his mental health, his childhood years of continuous abuse together with his sister and mother and collectively focus on topics from The Foundation.

"Grief in Bloom is therefore an entire story that is told - not just by the painting itself, but supported by multi-media production and additions, to the art's online presence and then some. We all have a story to tell... and it took me almost 36 years, to finally admit that what my sister, mother and I went through in our younger years is not the norm. It's not how life should be lived. And it's not "just another incident". It's a crime. Abuse and violence, gender based violence, violence against women and children and domestic violence is a crime that is globally recognized. I am working hard to turn my own painful past - into power. And that's the epicenter of everything I currently focus on"

Not Just Another Pretty Painting

"Grief in Bloom" is a large, bold and colorful expression of a narrative that the world takes notice of, but doesn't always act. It's one thing to provide temporary relief for gender based violence and violence against children - however if these victims and survivors not have another option, to steer clear from their circumstances, it becomes a vicious circle and the same pattern repeats itself. Caelthorne is determined to step in and close the gap between "temporary relief" and focus on the trauma for psychological rehabilitation, early childhood development and skills development - in so ensuring that the victims and survivors are able to build a new life, outside of their past circumstances, to break that vicious circle.

A Certificate of Authenticity, and all online publications forms part of the total artwork - and multi-media rights are handed over to the new owner. "Grief in Bloom" is currently still available for sale and Caelthorne welcomes offers, bearing in mind his philanthropic ventures and goals with the proceeds.
